1700- Trebuchet

During the 1700's cannons were used to protect from invasions from other countries. The Trebuchet, which is the third type of engine, and the largest of the three catapults. The trebuchet consists of a long arm, counterweighted to provide sufficient spring, with a leather sling on the opposite end, into which a large stone or another object of substantial size and weight would be placed. Cannons weren't frequently used in North America prior to The French and Indian War, the use of cannon and other artillery proliferated.

  1. I know it was hard to find information on connons, but I still think it was a bit short. But what you do have covors a lot and it is descriptive. I didn't catch any gramaticl or spelling errors either, so good job.
